For the privacy and protection of our employees and customers Hot Spring Spas & Leisure strictly prohibits any form of audio or video recording of our staff during in-store and home to customers properties (this excludes surveillance cameras). If recording is observed or suspected, our employees are authorized to stop what they are doing and immediately leave the premises.
